I built a sandbox zoo with unlimited funds. Can I at any time disable that option and set the funds to a limited number and continue to play that zoo? And if I sank into debt, can I turn Unlimited funds back on and my debt magically gets erased? I'm just wondering if Unlimited funds is a toggle-able feature that can go back and forth within the same zoo.

I believe so (regarding your first question). There is a setting to turn off unlimited funds when you're in sandbox mode. I haven't tried it yet.
