Sandbox map borders less restrictive than other gamemodes

Given that the campaign maps seem to have different borders to the the borders of the challenge mode maps, It would be amazing if sandbox also had different borders. If this cant be done at launch, there could be an alternate version of each sandbox map with bigger borders to not corrupt save files. It could also be another pc and next gen exclusive if necessary

I suspect it's the intention for the campaign maps to have expanded borders in sandbox, with the playable area becoming buildable area, but that could well be wrong.
