Sandbox mode missing all blueprints?

What am I missing? Why do I have zero blueprints available in sandbox mode? I have no filters set and I have the option for blueprints to be displayed but yet there is nothing. No hard shelters, nothing.

I'm missing ALL in game prefab blueprints as well. What in the hell is going on?

Well, figured it out. Apparently there is a bug where sometimes when you load the game it doesn't load a single blueprint...this game and its never ending bugs

It appears it may be a glitch related to the career mode limitations not being cleared when you leave the zoo. It has been reported twice but were timed out as no one knew that they needed to be confirmed at the time.

https://issues.frontierstore.net/issue-detail/12337 report had a very good description and from it I could replicate the problem you and someone on steam has had today.

Start a career game, quit to menu
Start a sandbox game,

go into facilities / staff building and no shell
go into habitats / shelters and no shelters

Save game and exit to game menu
Load the saved game

same missing items

Exit Game
Load the saved game

Items are all there

For your reference I have placed another bug report under https://issues.frontierstore.net/issue-detail/13390 explaining how to see this fault in action. Hopefully it will get fixed this time around.
