Hey again Teclisrex!

Sandbox Mode works the same on PC as on console: all pre-historic species, buildings and Research is unlocked if you set Research and Expeditions OFF in Sandbox Settings. Maps will still need to be unlocked by playing through the Campaign, and by meeting certain conditions in Challenge Mode or Chaos Theory mode.
