I looked around and as far as I can tell they are the new Painite... non-existent "ooh ahh" stuff that maybe we'll see one day, at which time the price would drop to just under 500Cr a unit profit for a 20LY trip.

When I saw it was lurking under a new category called "salvage" my thought was perhaps this was one for the explorers. Perhaps you're meant to go out there and find them.

If you have a high combat rating, you can pick up missions to transport them. Not aware of any other way to get one.
