Sauropod defensive animations

Sure people post about Sauropods being able to defend themselves but this is what I figure it could be like.

Instead of pure fighting between them and carnivores there could be a 'sizing up animation' that ends in stalemate, plus perhaps an invisible cooldown so it doesn't constantly happen.

Plus, Sauropod simply using their main advantage, size, offensively like a tail whip or kick that would instantly kill small carnivores regardless of traits. Knock down medium ones and instantly drain their stamina with a high chance of fractures. And Large carnivores would get staggered and lose a good amount of stamina and some health. The chance of offensive vs getting injured and the exact amount damage inflicted against medium and large carnivores would obviously correlate with combat genes of course so larger Sauropods are much more well defended.

I know it'd take time to animate and would probably be very hard to code but it could really bring some realism and variety to Dinosaur interactions

Personally, I'd be fine if they just make at least the small carnivores ignore sauropods again like in the first game. It's just bizarre seeing such tiny creatures bring down such giants that could easily kill them just by accidentally stepping on them.

Yep, one of the most popular requests currently.

Really needs to happen. Sauropods must be able to defend themselves somehow. People made many good suggestions how they could do that, see thread above

Yes, small pack hunters such as Dilophosaurus (which shouldn't even be a pack hunter in the first place) and Proceratosaurus (!) shouldn't even regard the large titanosaurs as prey, much less attack and be easily able to kill them!
It's outright hilarious and jarring.
