I was thinking about how the Amargasaurus specifically doesn't like Indominus rex, and looking at JWE1 and how it was the only dinosaur that could harm the sauropods, along with the news that Tyrannosaurus can try to hunt the Brachiosaurus, and I think that there may be many more specific dislikes between different sauropods and theropods, and along with that some actual combat between them. Perhaps the dislike system means the dinosaur of a specific group that poses a deadly threat to it, as while it's only about 30-33 feet long the Amargasaurus has the neck spines and a powerful tail that would dissuade other theropods from anything more than a passing attempt, but the Indominus rex has the ferocity and stubbornness to weather the counterattacks and deal damage to the Amargasaurus. As for other relations:
Apatosaurus / Diplodocus / Camarasaurus dislikes Allosaurus, which we know did hunt them
Dreadnoughtus dislikes Giganotosaurus, as Giga likely preyed on its cousin Argentinosaurus so it knows how to deal with gigantic prey
And we might see them threaten and try to intimidate each other (we have seen Amargasaurus make a threat display) and also actual combat with tail whips, neck slams, and attempts to rear up and stomp on the theropods, with the theropods trying to dodge and weave and go in for slashing bites to the body and legs, leaving bleeding wounds that drop the sauropod's health similar to Troodon's poison. Yet another way to make housing and mixing the dinosaurs require some thought, since they're now not just invincible to everything except Indominus.
Though thinking about the T. rex and Brachiosaurus, that really doesn't make sense, because rex's jaws and teeth were not designed for dealing with animals that have broad bodies and dense flesh but for piercing armor and breaking bones.
