After hours of work my current save keeps crashing while loading. I updated my drivers tried to recover by loading a prev save but keeps crashing. All other saves work perfectly fine. Laptop is not the issue. Very good gaming laptop with latest hardware. Is there any way to fix the save file or something?

Or track your last steps before you saved it. Maybe you did something that's actually not allowed.
Almost a year ago, I had similar issues - mine was removing the habitat gate, with animals still inside (paused the game to do this).
Last option to try is sending your savegame to Frontier?

If this has just started recently, it may not be you. I've noticed the game is very unstable since the last update, although I'm at least able to load in.

Yeah, i don't have those issues to be honest. All is working fine except this save that is not working. Thanks for your comment tho.
Yeah I have the same problem my save will not load clearly this is a frontier problem so all at once THANKS FOR NUKING ARE SAVE GAMES AND STOPPING US FROM BEING ABLE TO PLAY OVER THE CHRISTMAS BREAK FRONTIER REALLY NICE WORK!!!

A bunch of us players have that issue indeed. Me and Mike have it with Tharmachati, DanXG has it with his Jami park, etc. so it's not something specifically tied to specific players.
Frontier had our save file in the week before their break and were able to replicate the bug, and stated that they are hoping that they can get it fixed by the next update.

OK thanks for that hopefully they get it sorted soon then. pretty annoyed though I cant continue my zoo over the break here so a serious fail for frontier.
Lost an 800 hour sandbox zoo in october the support literally could not help me with my corrupt zoo. And the worst part is it corrupted every save. Lost everything. After some research on reddit and forums this is a continuing thing people experience.
