scaling and user created statues?

I just picked up the game during the holiday sale so, i am pretty much a noob.

I was trying to work out the idea of creating statues for elements not provided in the game to implement in my ride creations.
There are some great work on these in the community.
From searching the forum,I understand that scaling objects that came with the game are not an option as there would be some texture and other issues.
The question is , and i guess statue creators could probably answer better, when you make a sculpture, say out of the shapes menu, can that user created object be scaled or do you just have to try and get it the right size the first time?

Hi Betelman, welcome to the Planet Coaster forums!

Unfortunately, creations made in Planet Coaster cannot be scaled. You will need to determine and use the right scale from the start when you are working on, for example, a statue.

The developers of this game have stated that scaling objects in the game is technically not possible.

Hey,

I am not an expert in creating statues, however I do have some tips:

  • Use the art shapes under scenary -> Art Shapes. These can be recoloured and can create many different things with a flair of creativity.
  • Think outside of the box. Use the rotation tools to rotate and embed items into others to create your statues.
  • The adventure DLC pack has some large statue pieces in recolourable stone and shiny.
  • Snowman props from the Festive scenary or the scarecrow props from the spooky DLC pack can liven up your creations.

Thank you Joel and WingardiumLevicoaster .

I guessed that would be my answer.
i' just gotta take measurements and make sure whatevere i make with the shapes is the correct size.
