Scanner bug?

Just figured i do not see any "blue circles" on ground. Is it bug or I broke something? Tried with and without surface scanner installed on ship.

I think I figured - kill warrant scanner hides. Once powered off - blues are back.

That's interesting. When exploring planets I never had a KWS installed so it never came up.
