Scanning Settlement Data Links should reveal all system Signal Sources, just like the Nav Beacon.

Players rarely have a reason to scan Data Links in Settlements. You only do it for missions, or to farm data mats. Because of this, acquiring those data mats can feel like a grind.

What if scanning them also gave you system info, including Signal Sources, like Nav Beacons? This would not always be useful, but for example, if you're at a station orbiting a planet 2500ls from the star, it could be more efficient to go down and scan the settlement, than to fly all the way to the nav beacon and scan that.

It wouldn't make a massive difference, but it should be an easy tweak, and could mean some players having the mats they need before they need them, so they have a more enjoyable experience with the game.

It could also reveal the planet information, like if you'd used a detailed surface scanner on the planet. That way you could get the planet scan if you need it, without needing to go swap in a scanner! That would improve things even further, and at that point, there would be a solid reason to go scan them, even without a mission.
