Has anyone looked into the silent scout build? My wing and I have been destroying targets much larger and expensive than ours. I created a youtube channel dedicated in highlighting the strenght of these build, both in 1v1 and wing combat.
We dont ever put any PIPs in SYS because we have no shields. Balancing only speed/firepower, and timing Heat/silent running. If anything, our heatsinks would be equivalent to shield banks, as lowering our temp extends the silent running abilities.

Standard Build but most Velite pilots tweak their small hardpoints to either torps or missles, but medium hardpoints are always Rails or Hammers.
