Scenario Editor - This button is unlabeled - what is it?

The little square buttons to the right of the top two options give no tooltips or clues. What the heck are they?

The top one let's you change the terrain brushes for the park.
The bottom one does the same thing but you can also change the biome to something different for the scenario.
