Scenarios - is there a list?

Is there somewhere a list about what triggers a scenario script, and what you have to do there?

I know

• Conflict zones
  choose a side, kills a certain number of enemy ships
  spec-ops, captain or correspondence ships as bonus targets
• Installations and Megaships
  choose to attack (raid) or defend
• Distress call SS
  requires fuel or repair limpet. help for money and reputation
• Convoy Dispersal SS
  defend or raid (not finished one yet)
• ????

is there anything else? like will there be something when i drop into a ceremonial SS?

Such a list would be nice to have, unfortunately I can't contribute much. Since I usually don't fly around with eight different limpet controllers I haven't tried many of them.
