Scenic mining spots?

Need some advice from some professional miners Have finally got a day to myself to chill out to some relaxing music and jump back into my rusting mining ship. Am looking for some nice scenic areas to mine Methanol monohydrate (ICE) Bromellite (ICE) and Osmium.

Was thinking of traveling out to a Nebula like California,Coalsack or maybe even Barnard's loop. Has anyone bothered to mine out there? It should all be pristine with zero NPC's.


Am not doing this for cash, have a bunch of mining missions that are giving out valuable engineer commodities and materials. Any system names would be appreciated, will also consider inside the bubble if the area has very nice visuals.

I'm out, so I can't check the lists, but basically to my knowledge, outside of the bubble, all rings are pristine.
So I think you can use your own scenic spots.

i know a spot on the edge of the bubble.. its pristine metal-rich. high sec and ive never seen an pirate there.. only coppers.

It would be great if you could PM me the location. I'll check it out then head towards the California Nebula.

Btw, it's been a while since I did mining - Does a single 4B Refinery, two 5A collectors, 1 3A collector and single 3A prospector sound ok? How many limpets would you suggest taking? I'll probably be out of the bubble for a few day's.

I will need to return with at least the following -

56 tonnes of Methanal Monohydrate
6 tonnes of Osmium
18 tonnes of Bromellite

Get out of the bubble and go 200-250 LY out into a system with pristine metallic rings. You won't see a soul and can relax.

Ditch the prospectors. Just blast a rock and see what comes out.

Prospectors greatly increase the chunks per rock so are generally considered worth it if mining in anything AspX sized and above.

777 you probably want a 4A refinery if possible but should be ok. Collectors look fine. I'd be aiming to take about 75% limpets to cargo cap, it's a bit overkill but they are cheap. You may get away with 50%
Only take the 3D prospecter if you have a spare C3 slot. A 1D is sufficient for prospecting.
