Horizons Schachner Dock abandoned?

Just a few days ago Schachner in Fong W4ng was my goto place for missions - the place was crawling with folks wanting to go for a ride, and other non-bus missions. Now, suddenly, there are hardly any of either - just tumblewed blowing through the place. The main faction is in boom, and I'm Allied to all but one that's Neutral (I've upset only the local pirate faction). The other factions are almost all happily reporting plentiful times. I can't see what might have wrought this Mary Celeste situation. Any ideas from the better-informed?

Me too! I've got Friendly rep there (nearly Allied) and it has a lot of good high-paying passenger missions.

Last night I docked and there was only 1 pretty poor mission available. Where has everybody gone ? The system was still in Boom, but I'm guessing something in Powerplay or the background sim ticked over and something in the system state flipped.

Weird though.
