help Im stuck . I cant find how to build a science centre to train scienctist and medicate dinosaur early incampaign.

It really depends on where you are in the campaign @starman . Sometimes buildings only because available after doing certain objectives. I don't remember which campaign unlocked it, but I never had to research it.

Im in Washington early on. Dinosaurs are sick and it requires scientists to be trained but u need science station there isnt any obvious way to do it. I might restart campaign to see if I can avoid that situation. In jwe2 everything seems to need researching.

Restarted campaign and avoided situation that led to sick dinos to progress. Its a bug that allows you to enter a cull de sac with no way to cure dinos without restarting campaign.

Same here, washington, and can't build science centre, love this game, but this is ridiculous

Please don't ressurect threads that are several months old. You may need to restart the campaign level you're on in order to avoid this.
