Don't know if maybe I just missed it somewhere that this was something intentional with them.

I measured twice the damage (2% instead of 1%).
Looks normal to me. Integrity decrease varies from 0% to 2% in extreme-ish cases.
2% loss after each neutron star charge.
Out of curiosity, how many data points?
