Scope - Engineers ODEN GEIGER and WELLINGTON BECK have a mod option to add a scope to a weapon.

'When this modification is applied to a weapon that does not have a scope by default, that weapon gains a scope, which slightly increases magnification when aiming down sights. When it is applied to a weapon that has a scope by default, that scope's magnification is increased.'
