I wish I was English like my hero Tj.
I played a ton of Orbiter. Loved that! I actually managed to fly from Kennedy Space Center to the Moon and back once in a Delta Glider. Never could do it again, lol. 
Also managed a flight from Earth to Juptier once I think.
It's a fantastic sim, especially if you get some mods for it.

That's how it was found - by another Oolite enthusiast, not by me.
Note to self: must make an Oolite vid one day.
Orbiter? I remember that on the Speccy, a fun Defender clone.
Glad to see Oolite up there. I had some great times playing that. I only wish I had discovered it a couple years earlier. Watching it develop and seeing the mods come out was a true joy.
Just a shame I'm not the sort of person who can focus on more than one space game at a time (barely more than one video game... I tend to obsess... )

Great that Oolite got a mention, but...not a thing about Pioneer or FFE3D? I guess though Scott did a funny vid about Pioneer here a while back, so he is forgiven.
....In fact I've had an idea, hey Scott if your out there somewhere any chance of a vid focussing on all the current free fan created Elite inspired games? Oolite has (as ever) seen a load of updates as has Pioneer (or the Pioneer Scout Plus Mod if some Elite content is required) and FFE3D. I think it would be great to see them reviewed side by side. A sore sight indeed for old Elite players like us.

I guess that technically, FFED3D isn't a "free" space game as it requires ownership of FFE. Perhaps FD would consider releasing Frontier & FFE as a free Christmas present now that the IP is moving forward again and attracting new fans? (and with the missing missions.dat file for FFE!)

Looks like the original 2009/2010 models & graphics from FFED3D beta 1.12++ are being used and it's also the Anisotropic mod .exe that's being run as there's an Anaconda Destroyer to buy towards end of video. Sad to see it looking as cruddy as this The current version looks a lot better if you set it up right
