Screechers and Sylphs

Sylphs are from one of the new Elite Dangerous books.

Screechers are just what I've temporarily titled them, but are in game lore. One was from a generation ship, the other was from an outpost that got taken out mysteriously. In both occasions a signal was used to drive people insane.

Yup, both incidents are NW of Sol.

The book with the Sylphs, one escaped and bonded with a freed AI.... So...Yeah there is that.

I'm glad I am not the only one who hears the "killllll theeeeeem aaaaaaallll" in the final log. I have a long discussion with someone in the aliens thread as they were adamant is was just static and I was hearing things.
