Screen and occulus at same time

yup. just point your HMD towards your sensor so that the full game srceen shows on yer desktop.
I don't think you can play two separate games on the same device unless it's possible to do some major tweaking.
If you wanted to play on the monitor, you can point your monitor at the sensor, but you won't be able to see the side panels, comms, or look around without moving your HMD.
Also, the monitor screen only shows the graphics from the left eye piece.
