Screenshots with SteamVR

Anyone have any idea how I can take some screenshots when using the DK2 via SteamVR?
F10 gives me duel screens.

Yes, I need that answered too. Especially now Elite runs on .800 runtime and we get the view mirrored to desktop. Would be great to take a normal screenshot instead of that double oculus image crap.

Thing is Horizons isn't running through steam so even the in-game chat is no longer working.

I download Horizons via steam although I purchased it from Frontier store.

Found them!

F10 takes screenshot I believe...

Then look in windows pictures folder... frontier developments...

C:\Users\Flappybun\Pictures\Frontier Developments\Elite Dangerous

I see the images no problem. But they are the split screen oculus images.
Do you see a proper single screen high res image?

If you see split oculus then you're using runtime 500 or 501?

I'm using 800/steamVR

turns out if you press F10 it toggles the capture between the monitor and the dk2. So pressing it I was able to switch and get my screenshots

Eh?

I don't understand? F10 actually takes the screenshot yes? So how can it toggle between monitor and DK2?

Nah, ctrl F10 takes the screenshot. F10 by itself toggles between taking a screenshot of the dk2 and the monitor.
at least on my system it does. (.8 and SteamVR)

Lol.

This is all very strange then. I am just pressing F10 to take screenshot. No ctrl. I haven't changed screenshot key and actually couldn't even see options for screenshot key in Elite.

That was correct until Horizons came along. I bought it from Frontier store and although it downloads through steam... I can't access Horizons if I launch from steam. I have to open the launcher in the steam folder in order to access Horizons which means the steam screenshot and in-game chat don't work.

It's confusing.
