Anybody knows how to transfer them to a PC or to upload them in frontier forums?

I mean, where are they stored on the Xbox system?

You can find all of your uploaded screenshots and clips on http://xboxclips.com, you can use that to link directly to the image to embed in forums, or you can save them to your PC/phone and upload them to imgur so you can delete them from your XBox DVR to save space.

Found them.

But they are just the raw picture, without the name that I gave them.

I guess that if I access the forum by the xBox browser, there will be a way to upload them?
