I just downloaded the original Elite for free for the 30th Anniversary. The game is a file called ELITEBBC.SDD, and it is also called this in the README.txt file. The file is supposed to be a Single Sided Disk file. The file should be ELITEBBC.SSD. It would be great if Frontier could change the file and text inside the readme to ELITEBBC.SSD. Some people may not be able to figure this out.
