It might be fun to have a sea rescue team to safe injured sea animals and let them rest in your zoo.
I get why you take this to reality but keep in mind that we're still talking about a game. I think it's more important to show us how we can save our sea's than showing the bad sides of these zoo's. For the last 18 years, no dolphin has been taken from the wild in Europe. They were born in captivity because a lot of species were becoming extinct in the wild due to human pollution. Sorry for my bad English! It really wouldn't. Injured or sick animals are likely to be extremely distressed and while human intervention is, IMHO, A Good Thing, the temporary captivity and interaction with humans and our world increases that distress level even as it increases their chance of survival. The idea of guests paying to gawp at these WILD animals is hideous.

Animals born in captivity are very different to animals taken from the wild, even temporarily.I get why you take this to reality but keep in mind that we're still talking about a game. Also one Sea World Park (don't know which one) does regularly have rescued Elephant Seals until they can be released back to the Wild but those are kept in a Backstage Area
