search for the tool to choose VR/Monitor config /HELP Please

after upgrade to win 10
this little tool to choose between
VR and Monitor configurationthings
just disappeard.
dont know the name, unfortunatelyv
its a really helpfull tool, so i miss it.

cant find it nowhere,
either cant find it in the relevant forumthreads.

maybe somebody knows a link.
