Does such a database exist, in which I can search the systems I discovered back in 3300?
There was the option to see 'Visited Stars' when I looked that data hasn't been maintained between Horizons & Odyssey.EDSM maintains a database of all system reported to it, but if you are just looking for your own system and want to browse them then install program that lets you search through your journal files, such as EDDiscovery, of course that does rely on you still having those journal files on your system.
