OK, I've had my month and a half in deep space getting used to honk'n, FSS scanning and scooping. Even a bit of mapping ELWs and WWs. You'd think I'd run into a few terraformables now. Made a nice bit of coin too.
But I'm dead smack in the middle of an expance hardly explored by others and yet there's been several guardian Structures found by others as well as plant life etc.
So my intent now is to slow and see what I can find.
Probablem is I have no idea what clues I should be following such as
1. What star types increase my chances
2. What planet types
3. Do I just need to map everything in habital zones
4..... Etc et el al FBI, CIA EIEIO 🤪

For what exactly?
Obviously there are certain planet types that are worthless. Some that are.
Do I find this stuff using FSS scans mostly? Do they just show up in the nav panel under points of interest?
I've read that guardians like large complex systems around brown dwarfs. I don't know how reliable that info is.
As far as plant life is concerned...... I'm totally clueless what FSS scans are going to show me.

The FSS will show you points of interest on a planet but you need to give it extra time to scan and detect how many
You're talking "fine tune" scans. There's two ways that gets done, but both ways can take time. But I've only seen geological things like geysers. So I'm going to assume it works for guardian stuff and plant life too7👍

Yep, there's Features and Locations in the FSS. Also, you'd probably profit from more browsing through the forums to do a bit of background research. I'd also suggest that you try Elite Observatory, a tool that will help you recognise a variety of interesting things you might otherwise easily miss - astronomical, not Guardian/bio though. Happy hunting!
