Newcomer / Intro Second column on fire group

Hi, on several youtube videos I noticed that on the left of the secondary group there is another column with the chaff/shield cell banks. I have right now my chaff and shield cell on a hotkey but I don't know how are they are doing it in order to see how many charges I got left.

So what am I missing here?

Mmmm not sure but you could try having them all set to secondary fire and bind the key for secondary to what you want to fire ie cannon and also keep your bound keys for cell n chaff?

When you fit a module requiring a firegroup to be setup you now get a warning that this needs to be done when returning to your hangar

select fire group in right hand (status) panel - default 4 key
more cursor to right, using S key, and a new firegroup coloum will appear
set module (chaff etc) to required fire button/key

you may need to uninstall and reinstall the module to get this feature to work

Just add them to their own fire group and they will appear on the HUD. If you have key binds you won't need to switch to that fire group to use them, but at least now you can track how many you have left.
