Second GPU running at 99% in Crossfire (Fix)

Just wanted to share some info.
I have 2x HD7770 running in crossfire and both my G15 keyboard and MSI Afterburner were reporting the second gpu on full load with ED running.
Now although i run Vista 64 i understand this fix might apply to other versions as well.

Basically the flag holds the second gpu in ultra power saving mode forcing it to work very hard to do what is asked, changing the flag will allow the second card to work properly.
Now i'm not familiar with the tech involved but i changed my flag and both MSI and G15 now report normal usage in ED varying between 13%-81% and fall more in line with the main gpu usage figures.
I also felt the game was running smoother for me after the change, i was certainly getting better fps in stations (30fps instead of 15fps)

So far haven't been able to use this fix. But...
2 x HD 6990 here and have been wondering why my fps was a pretty low... Disabled crossfire and voila, 40-50 in station , only prob is I use an HDTV as a monitor and it maxes out at 60 fps due to refresh rate but, after playing early access games for the last few months (ark survival evolved etc), this feels like a dream. With crossfire enabled, FSD turns into a slideshow, now it is smooth.
