Yeah, your Gutamaya sales rep should have told you, but there’s a prep and detailing fee that’s extra and you have to pick it when you put your order in. The latest review of the ‘08 Couriers in last month’s “Ship and Pilot” magazine noted overall build quality went down this year when they moved production from Achenar to the old clapped out Saud Kruger factory in Miphifa.

You bought a knock-off. It's not a real Gutamaya "Imperial Courier".

It's most likely stolen as well. Did you get proper title?
