We all know that David Braben is a fan of The hitchhiker's guide to the galaxy... Easter eggs to the Novel appear alot in ED.

Vingt et un is French for 21 which is half of 42.

I can confirm that David and I have both been in the same location at the same time on a number of occasions.

Me, my forum handle and my in game character are all in the the same location at the same time right now as well.

As a confirmed cloth eared muppet even I can confirm, having met and spoken to both, that David and David are two entirely separate people... I very nearly wrote species; that would be accurate too if I'm honest. David Braben is a lovely human being.... Vingetun...? Well, let's just say that he and Cecil B Trumpington have an awful lot in common.....

Yes, Ving and Braben have been in the same room at the same time (at least, that's what my sources tell me and why would they lie). But Ving and Cecil? Don't think they have both been seen in the same room at the same time. #PlotThickens (simultaneously, #LiverWeakens).

I haven't been to an event that Mr Braben has attended, sadly, but I have noticed that David (Vingtetun) always leaves the room at any event where David (DBOBE) is about to appear on video, almost as if he's hiding something.
On the other hand Ving does drink like a person who drinks a lot and has access to a lot of drinks, and also has a small bladder, so it could be coincidence.
