I am delivering this information for 0 CR, What good is a mission with a reward of 7 CR, REALLY!! CMon, you can do better than this. I can handle the odd 150,500 CR but 7. Bet no-one has had lower than 7 offered.

One assumes there were also commodities in the reward.
I've had missions with 0 CR, but 40k in commodities.
