Ok so im bounty hunting and i take a few wanted targets out then after that i start getting attacked by the feds or anykind of security force in the system it happens all the time and anywhere i cant bounty hunt if they disable me any help? i have no bounty on my head nor do i have them hostile towards me.

This is down to factions. You just killed a ship in the same faction as one or more of the system authority vessels and they are retaliating for the death of their buddy. The bounty wasn't issued by their faction so they don't care about it and view it as a murder.
Keep an eye on the factions in your left UI under Contacts and try avoiding killing ships n the same faction as the SAVs. If you do put 4 pips to your engines and leave. I normally don't spend to long at each nav beacon because of this problem.
I think it is going to be looked at by FD but I am not sure. It actually makes sense to me so I don't really view it as a bug just an annoyance.
