It was said that by midnight this Saturday, the tip of Irma would hit Miami Beach's shoreline. It's 12:09 AM EST and already the webcams are shaking violently from the wind--they weren't shaking like that an hour ago.

In the camera below, if you happen to be viewing it at night, you might see several moving white lights near the top left. They appear to be coast guard trucks with spotlights catching any beachgoers crazy enough to experience the hurricane. Although it seems kind of dangerous for those trucks to be at shore because a rogue wave from the hurricane might roll in any moment.

Guess who is scheduled for a flight to Miami tomorrow... Actually discussing with the travel agents and car rental dudes to shift everything to tuesday...

According to several live maps, Irma is already right there. The webcam shows no leaves flying, people walking around and taking selfies, birds and seagulls flying around like they don't give a damn; Usually they'd sense a weather disaster bad enough to fly away but it looks like nothing is going to happen. Talk about the news stations deliberately stimulating the economy.

Looks like it weakened, slowed and became more disorganized over Cuba.
That's good.
