See you in the black CMDR. Literally. Its so dark.

Someone must be sensitive to light.
I did some graphic option changes but it looks like I'll be wearing a UV rig.

I don't dig the back side of planets being pitch black in the DSS though. Can't see what I have, or haven't covered.
Yeah. Agree on that one. That part is annoying. When you're in DSS mode, there's nothing to stop them from having a different lighting or visibility. DSS needs some improvement there.

I've seen some people like you telling how now everything's darker but for my part I have the feeling that there's something wrong with lighting. With my graphics. So please if you're so kind, I'd like to compare what you say with what I see before trying to get support (there's a lot of things related in the issue tracker but I want to make sure if it's just me or it's the general thing).

What I see is that something's missing with lighting effects. See this comparisons between Horizons and Odyssey. Does this really look like your own experiences?
Look at the decals which were light sources before:

Or the exploration trophies that sit in my cockpit that in Odyssey are simply black, and lacking the lighting effects on the glass:

Or how strange I see the neutron stars (other stars also seem more "solid" than "fluid"):

Or how this planet looked at night (there's no time passing here or position change, I swear, it's just a relog):

Also seen planets appearing black at the beginning in DSS.

I have tried resetting graphics to low, reinstall drivers, delete shaders, then the same back to ultra, without changes, but it's just so strange that this is intended by FDEV...
