Seeking Luxuries? station icon but ships instead

Around Eranin 2 there is a station icon not shown on the map, but entering the location there are a few heavy cargo ships, saying they have goods to sell, not found on stations.

How do you trade? Or im guessing the ship to ship trading isnt implemented yet.

If you are talking about the Lakon 9s that pop up in USSs offering good prices for various stuff, you can just sell your cargo to them by flying close. Otherwise, I have no idea what you are going on about.
