Yes but the only thing is this star port takes about two and a half hours to get to. And it pays out just as well as any other station.

You clearly have the option to mess with influence and reputation ratings by accepting the mission, aborting, taking the fine and selling the leather on the black market...

You may also drop in at a few USSs in the hope of finding someone to offer a counter mission...
