Selecting strategic view button (right side) in VR causes ctd in powerplay galmap

As above. Soon as l click that globe button bam! Back to desktop.
Happens everytime. So l cannot gauge whether I'm in range of a Fortified system or Stronghold.
Is anyone else experiencing this? (VR)

Workaround *
Jump to system i wanna work in then plot a course back to nearest stronghold or Fortified system to ascertain range

Yup tried it in flatscreen it works no probs. Just seems to be in VR galmap
