There needs to be a tool that allows you to click on building part and it will select all other building parts on the same grid that are of the same material (stucco, brick, sandstone) and have the same color, so that you can then easily recolor all those elements at once.
Could also have toggle options for choosing elements of same material and different colors, or same color different materials, as well as select only walls or only floors and roofs.
