I have been hit by the trading bug where I cant sell my cargo. Even if I jettison it it magically re-appears. :S

I thought I would swap to my other ship, however I am unable too as the current ship has cargo!!!

This bug started a couple of days ago and since I raised a ticked I have not heard anything back. Seen a few other people with the same issue, looks to be a server thing. :mad:

As I play the game as a trader I now am unable to progress in ED. One option is self destruct which I'm hoping will reset the cargo and negate the bug. I have never died in Elite Dangerous before and would like to know how best to proceed. Can I take out insurance? Am I able to buy back the ship I had with all the same modifications?

Raise a support ticket on the issue, and/or self destruct will cure it. Either way once the ticket is looked at you will get compensated. Just take screenshots etc documenting the issue and they will take care of you.

I opened a ticked over a day ago. Have not had a reply so far. Will take some screenshots of a movie of what's happening. Cheers.

Meanwhile any recommendations on SD? How should I best go about it?
