Selling data.. problem?

I just got back from my very first exploration trip. How I can sell my data? I have this sell page showing up but when I click it, nothing seem to happen. Nothing disappears from sell window. So how does selling actually work?

Hi,
So your in a station, have gone to universal Cartographic (bottom option on most stations) and have pressed the top option in the list (sell page)?

Sometimes it takes a moment to transfer the data to the server but it should be pretty instant (30 seconds maximum), I usually take about 3 or 4 seconds but I've heard severs slow up sometimes.

I did notice last night that there was a bit of a bug selling exploration data, but cleared after I got to my next destination.

It does take a while, it took me 56 minutes to sell over 6,000 systems worth. If everything is working you should get the spinning hexagon thing showing you it is downloading data.

Is there a limit to how much data can be sold in a day? I seem to recall seeing a post about that?
How much did you get for the 6k systems Whiterose?

Mine was definitely something wrong with servers or bug. Today I sold all data with no problem.

I recently sold over 17,000 systems earning some 450 million in the space of 4 hours.

For some reason my copy crashes after I exit the cartographic screen (as in, once I have sold my data and exit the screen, the game will exit with a crash when I try anything else...)

Known bug:

Note your data should not be lost as the OP says, there's a few other similar bug-reports.
Afaik this is fixed in 2.1 but I'm not 100% on that.
