Selling Exploration Data Idea

I had this idea the other day about exploration data being more or less valuable based on a few things.

Value Based On Distance
Firstly, I thought it would be kinda interesting if exploration data was worth more, the further from the station you sell it at.
So if you scanned some systems near Colonia, that data would be more valuable in the bubble, than Colonia.
No idea on what sort of bonus could be applied.

Factions Pay Premium For Certain Data
Minor factions could have interest in certain sectors, specific systems, or even a specific body, and offer a premium for any data from that region or system. These could be dynamic, changing over time, based on the BGS.
Scans for specific bodies could be made in to exploration missions.

Thoughts?

You are aware that this is often being less pay the farther you get away from the bubble/civilization, other than Beagle Point & Colonia which seems to be entirely an arbitrary decision from the Devs. For example, the cost of an average home in New York City is in the $475,000+ range for one bedroom. Whereas the average cost of a home in Tennesee is $175,000+ for four bedrooms. And it goes down with farther/out-of-the-way places.

Check your country average prices between something city vs. something rural and you'll see that it's controlled based on location and ease of access to civilized life.

As it stands I prefer something rubber stamped than based on distance from the Bubble, thanks.

This does sound a bit better, but runs the risk of some pretty heavy RNG. Not to mention will fall prey to what I'm talking about with your first thought about distances from the Bubble. I've gotten the impression that minor factions seem to be stuck in the rut of local affairs and don't seem to expand more than a system or two. Let alone clear across the stars...
