Selling imperial slaves in Archon controlled space

Hey,

I picked up some imperial slaves in Torval space and went to sell them in Huichi at an Archon controlled station.

I was scanned before entering the station and had no problem. When I entered the station though I still got a 1 mil + fine.

I dont understand why. Imperial slaves were prohibited, yes, but under Archon control they should be legal, no?

Any input appreciated because I dont get it. I dont mind the find, I have the money, just dont understand.

Well, you know...nobody here really cares about fines or bounties...simply don't pay them and join us!
And good news, you have still 7 days left to exploit your illegal trade route until things get hotter!
Also, if everything was legal anywhere, there would not be black markets and no juicy 10% pay increase...

Now yes, I never clearly understand the statement "All weapons slaves narcotics and medicines are legal"...
