Selling Ship Modules & Ship question...

Hello commanders,

Still not 100% sure, so, here some dumb question for the profis:

1. It's best selling apart the ship modules before selling ship (to keep 100% cash back from modules)
2. Selling a ship get's you back 90% of its base value (modules included).


Yes? No?

I downgrade / sell every module that I can before selling a ship - I'm sure it made about a 1m Cr difference on what I got back from my Adder to Type-6 rather than just clicking the part exchange button.
