Selling undelivered cargo ?

Through a confluence of events I spaced on delivering 240 tons of Superconductors to their destination. I incurred two whopping $800k fines and now have Superconductors in my ships hold.
I could simply eject them I guess but thought I might sell them instead, try and recoup some of the fine money- is 240T of Superconductors worth trying to sell ? Is this cargo now 'stolen' ? Since I can't return it I'm trying to figure out what to do with it.

You can sell them at a black market if they are marked as stolen

Finding a station with a black market, would I have to 'sneak' into the station or otherwise be destroyed by that stations security ? If so I guess I'll just dump 'em.

Well just try not to get scanned. They will only fine you if you get caught. It’s easy enough to just go 75% speed through the mail slot and then after you’re through hit the docking computer

Many Low Sec & Anarchy (possibly all) have Black Markets -anarchy would be best as they wouldn't 'see' your stuff as stolen being any issue

Found an anarchy base w/ a black market, landed and tried to sell the cargo, for reasons unknown i couldn't / it wouldn't let sell so i just ejected it- enough already..
