Please allow us to go to an engineer to craft a 2 slot sensor that has both planetary and advanced system scanner combined. Or do it like Palin and the cargo bays. a 2 slot module for sale at the unlocked Engineer's base.

Actually I'd rather they make it more like Planetary Vehicle Hangers where there are a series of sub slots, and you install the sensor of your choice in the subslots.

This would actually go a fair ways to help revamp exploration if you could install different sensors in your larger discovery sensor array.
