Sensor icons: what do they all mean?

Hi all,

Does anyone have any information regarding the icons shown on the radar sensor?
I understand that if something is red, either you shoot it or it shoots you, green are friendlies, but there are other colors and different shapes available, what do they all mean?

Green is friendly.
Yellow is neutral.
Red is hostile.
Red flashing white is shooting at you
Square means weapons not deployed.
Triangle weapons deployed.
Solid is NPC.
Outline is player.

As far as I can remember:

• Solid shape : NPC
• Hollow shape : PC

• Square : weapons closed
• Triangle : Weapons out

(So be on the lookout for hollow triangles )


Colours:

• Red : Hostile
• Flashing red : Shooting you
• Yellow : neutral
• Green : Friendly
• White : object (like cargo) and not a ship

Finally

• Jumping about the scanner : too far to resolve.
