Two quick questions I hope someone might be able to help with :-

- in SC a planet or sun sometimes turns blue, why?

- when arriving in a system from Hyperspace sometimes I see the Sun represented in the Sensor, but sometimes it isn't and the sensor panel is completely empty, again why?

1. Does not planet become blue if it is selected on the radar? And it becomes red when the stellar object's gravity affects your ship.
2. I think this could have happened if you have arrived to a system, which was not explored by you earlier or you do not purchased this system's data at the cartographics.

EDIT: if stellar bodies are not selected on the radar than the star is coloured blue.

Hi Aleksej - thanks for the feedback.

I'm wondering whether the planet/sun turns blue it its mass is affecting my SC.

In the the route I am on, I have not "explored" any system, yet some show the sun upon arrival in the sensor panel, and some don't.
Those that don't still have the sun named when targeted, rather than "unexplored"

As I continue my route, I'll try to scan on purpose to see if it makes any difference.
